Researchers from Qingdao University in China find that consuming foods rich in dietary fiber may help lower the risk of ovarian cancer. They reached this conclusion after conducting a meta-analysis on the available scientific literature on the link between dietary fiber intake and ovarian cancer risk.
These findings, which were published in the journal Nutrition Research, suggest that dietary fiber intake is associated with a lower risk of ovarian cancer.
